Tomasz Michalak - CEO

Dr. Tomasz Michalak is the leader of the AI Strategy Lab at IDEAS Research Institute (affiliated with the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Digital Affairs) and an associate professor at the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics, and Mechanics at the University of Warsaw. With a distinguished research record—including appointments at the University of Oxford, University of Southampton, University of Liverpool, and University of Antwerp—he has authored numerous influential publications in artificial intelligence, particularly in multi-agent systems and strategic decision-making. As Co-Director of the NATO project "R-GRID: AI Algorithms for Threat Prediction and Power Grid Protection," he has advanced the application of AI for infrastructure resilience. At TridentAI, he leverages his expertise in AI-driven decision-making to deliver innovative solutions for real-time security and infrastructure protection, ensuring organizations stay ahead of emerging threats.
Andrzej Nagórko - Chief Scientist

​Dr. Andrzej Nagórko is a lecturer at the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics, and Mechanics at the University of Warsaw. He has authored numerous influential publications in both pure mathematics and AI-driven optimization, earning recognition for his work on the topological rigidity of Nöbeling manifolds and advanced methods in security games. For many years, Dr. Nagórko has been at the forefront of research on leveraging AI to solve complex strategic games, including the development of algorithms for real-world security and infrastructure protection. His expertise extends to designing and analyzing AI agents that excel in competitive environments.
